ON MISSION WITH GOD - More Than 25,000 People Pray to Receive Christ!

 
David Stockwell and the DSEA Team ministered in Lusaka, Zambia, June 2-17, 2009.  Team members worked together with the DSEA NEST team members
(National Evangelist Support Team) for Zambia, headed by Pastors Moses and Enock.  
 
Evangelistic outreach events included a two-day
Leadership Training Conference, ministry in local churches and an orphanage, and a five-day school ministry effort in more than forty schools to many thousands of young people and teachers.  More than 25,000 people prayed to receive Christ during this incredible mission!
 
 
Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13, the team reached out to the community with the Good News of Jesus through a city-wide evangelistic outreach event, the
David Stockwell CityCelebration.  Local churches, praise teams and bands, singers, pastors and other groups participated in the CityCelebration, where many thousands of people heard the Good News of Jesus, as team members sang and led in praise and worship, shared personal testimonies and David preached the Gospel.
 
Eleven Americans joined with a team of twelve Zambian Christian leaders, and many local pastors and Christian workers to reach people with the love of Christ.  Many thousands of salvation tracts and Bibles were handed out during the mission as team members ministered in many different ways.  
 
Pray for those who prayed to received Jesus Christ as Lord, as they begin their walk with Jesus!  Pray for local leaders as they continue the work of follow-up and discipleship.
